California Proposition 65

Logomark works hard to offer products that comply with applicable environmental, health and safety measures, and is honored to partner with companies determined to lessen the impact of chemicals in our community. To our knowledge, Logomark ’s products meet applicable federal safety requirements as enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and the Federal Communications Commission.

We are also aware that items shipping into California are subject to Proposition 65, a law which requires that consumers receive warnings prior to their purchase being completed, when a product contains concentrations of chemicals defined under that law as potentially causing cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

New rules were adopted for Proposition 65 that clarify how and when clear and reasonable warning must be given. These updated rules go into effect August 30th, 2018 and will change the look of the Proposition 65 warning label.

In order to keep our customers informed, Logomark has third-party tested its decorating and printing inks used to decorate products in the USA. For interested parties, Logomark may be able to provide, upon written request, certification of independently tested concentrations of specific chemicals for specific products.
