Logomark Advantage 24 Terms and Conditions:

All requests for the Advantage 24 service are subject to the same conditions, including reorders.
Due to the special care and handling required to fulfill your Advantage 24 order, the following conditions must be met:

• No closeout items qualify for Advantage 24.
• Advantage 24 must be designated on the purchase order.
• Complete purchase order must be received no later than 9:00 PM EST to the Advantage 24 fax number: 1-866-848-8277.
• Complete and accurate electronic or camera-ready artwork must be received no later than 9:00 PM EST through the Logomark Order Artwork Upload Form or to the Advantage 24 email address: advantage24@logomark.com.
• Artwork email must state distributor name, contact name, contact phone number, valid purchase order number and the file type of the vector artwork used (i.e: eps file, adobe illustrator file, corel draw file).
• Purchase Order must clearly state artwork instructions and Logo to be used for order.
• One Standard Location.
• Two colors up to a maximum quantity of 1,000 units. One color accepted up to EQP quantities.
• Products requiring oxidation up to a maximum quantity of 1,000 units.
• No proof approval. All proofs will require additional time.
• Client’s Logomark account must be current and in good credit standing.
• Purchase Orders received on weekends, holidays and Fridays after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
• Customer Care available up to 12 Midnight EST Monday through Thursday, Friday up to 9:00 PM EST.
